STONY HILL VILLAGE
A condominium association in Brookfield, CT
Welcome to Stony Hill Village (SHV)
Nestled in lush, expansive grounds, SHV offers a sought-after living experience in an ideal location. But with the perks of condo living come unique responsibilities, distinct from those of traditional homeowners or renters.
At SHV, we take care of building maintenance, grounds upkeep, snow removal, and waste management through our dedicated Association. However, alongside these privileges come Rules and Regulations that apply to all—Unit Owners, tenants, and guests alike. Respect for your neighbors' rights is paramount in our community. Consideration for others, property aesthetics, and cooperation are fundamental to harmonious condo living.
Stony Hill Village Condominium operates as a Common Interest Community, where every Unit Owner is a member of the Association, sharing both concerns and responsibilities. Each Owner holds ownership of their individual unit as well as a stake in the Common and Limited Common Areas.
All Unit Owners, tenants, and occupants must adhere to the Condominium Declaration, Bylaws, and evolving Rules and Regulations. Compliance with these guidelines maintains the cohesive and appealing aesthetic envisioned for our condominium.
Furthermore, Unit Owners are obligated to abide by all relevant laws, zoning ordinances, and regulations at the Town, State, and Federal levels.
We encourage thorough review of our community documents to ensure not only your safety and comfort but also that of your neighbors and guests. Together, let's foster a thriving community at Stony Hill Village.
